When you have a client that you wish to refer to Crawford Homes:

1. Ensure that your client has not been talking to one of our Sales Team. If he/she has, then he/she cannot be considered as a referral and no commissions will be paid.
   
   
2. Register your clients by calling our office at 1.306.525.9801 with Al Bashutski or email our office at One of our Sales Team will contact you to arrange to meet you and your clients at one of the Crawford Showhomes or our office. If you have a preference in a Sales Team member, please make us aware of it at this time. As we work through an agent, you can let him/her to do all the work.
   
   
3. You get paid once your clients take possession of their new Crawford Homes. *
